Our Project
The #Potentiel Infini project is a registered nonprofit organization that supports the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Canada in its mission to promote youth engagement and help them reach their full potential.
Rooted in the four pillars of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, the #Potentiel Infini project offers incredible adventures designed to inspire young people to believe in their #Potentiel Infini. Led by youth for youth, this project will be filmed in collaboration with a production team and various partners, highlighting the organization's four areas of focus:
- Physical Activities
- Skill Development
- Community Service
- Adventure Travel
With over 60 years of experience, the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award - Canada focuses on empowering young people, preparing them for life and the world around them. This Award enables them to learn and grow through non-formal education while striving for globally recognized accreditation.
#Potentiel Infini 2.0
Departure from the Port: Quebec City, a Historic Landmark
The departure from the Port of Quebec will be an iconic moment for the crew. A UNESCO World Heritage site, this historic city is the cradle of New France. The crew will launch from its historic docks, marking the beginning of a unique maritime adventure to Mount Iberville.
Return to Solid Ground: Climbing Mount Iberville
The ascent of Mount Iberville, the highest point in Quebec at 1,652 meters, spans 28 kilometers and takes 2 to 3 days. Accessible by plane or boat, this remote mountain features unpredictable conditions, with winds reaching up to 100 km/h and temperatures dropping to -20°C.
